ahhh.. for some reason, i've gained an extra 2kg over the past month! went shopping for some work clothes and I realised i can barely squeeze into a size 34 anymore.. red alert!!

NO more snacking! or rather, snacking in moderation. time to start the yongtaufoo diet soon. i'm just so stressed at work and then the binging starts!

i've been exercising too so it cld probably be muscle weight. nevertheless, it's time to kick this nasty habit of over-indulgence!

it's been ages since my last post! okay updates updates!

I took part in the inter-hotel athletics meet and got 2nd place for the 800m! I was really psyched before the run because everyone representing our hotel has 1st or 2nd placings in almost every event! Didn't do too well for the 200m sprint though.. argh 35s which is really really really slow.

WORLD CUP 2010! I have been following this season closely after my expensive subscription to starhub... i was supporting the asian teams as well as germany, portugal and brazil but looks like Deutschland is the only one left standing! PLEASE WIN! I'll so kill myself if Uruguay were to win.. Did I mention I hate Luis Suarez.. He is nothing but a sneak and a cheat! South Korea and Ghana really deserved to move on to the next round and not you and the rest of your team!

Work is tiring and sometimes i feel it is hardly worth it. Oh well. Let's not go there now...
